"Kelly, It's early on but, after nearly a year of banging our heads against the wall (aka WFHM customer service) I stumbled upon your blog and took your advice to contact the executive team. I sent the email yesterday and guess what? The office of Matt Miller (Pres of WF?) called today to tell me they will be personally helping me with a permanent Loan Mod request!!! No guarantees but it is unbelieveable how quickly they responded! PLEASE tell everyone in our boat that it appears to work! I will keep you posted along the way, God Bless you!
