Dear Kelly,
I was just writing to let you know that I contacted Gary Lingren at approximately 10:16 CST. His direct number is: 515-324-0486. He told me that it could take up to 60 days for an answer. The last time I spoke with him he said it would take only about 10 days. I asked him if I should keep in touch with him on the issue. He said there was no need until he sent his written report. By the end of the conversation he assured me that they were working as fast as possible to get to a resolution on my issue. Financial restitution is appropriate and justified because I don't even have the house anymore. It has been resold. I hope this is going to come to an end shortly. I just figured I would write and let you know.
