I'm speechless. Ed just wrote me five days ago about the problems he was facing and I've been so concerned about him. I knew he would be best taken care of in your hands, but I never dared to dream he would be taken care of SO WELL and SO FAST! This morning I will post all over the Internet your immediate response on behalf of Wells Fargo to resolve Ed's families problem.

Susan, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Ed Leiske's situation was so urgent because of his family, his stress, his income, on and on. And you recognized that. Everyone is important, but some people just simply need your intervention immediately, and you always get them taken care of immediately.

I pray God blesses you a million times in return the blessings you bestow on others so you will have the strength to keep on doing what you are doing, saving peoples lives, keeping people in their homes.

You are a truly good woman, Susan. I'm so very grateful for you.
