Hi Kellie, I am still struggling under the pain that well fargo gives. I have been trying to get a modification over the last 18 months and all I get from them is that they need more paperwork and more paperwork. They have not helped me in anyway so far and all is happening is I am owing them more money. I had 2 trial period one where they ask me to pay more than I was originally paying and the next $300 less then tell me some  of the money I owe is due to me doing the lesser payment that they ask me to pay  and this adds up to some three month miss payment during my down time. I am still waiting and no relief they now say I owe $15000 even though I was only two months late. I was stiffed out of $3000 on my credit card trying to get help and still nothing. I am trying to see if you could help me or if you know a way for them to help. I am awaiting your reply to what I could do or what can be done.

I will advise you, and everyone dealing with Wells Fargo, do not pay Wells Fargo another dime UNTIL THEY FIRST GIVE YOU IN WRITING A CONFIRMATION LETTER THAT THEY WILL SAY WHAT THEY DO IF YOU PAY WHAT THEY HAVE ASKED YOU TO PAY.

Wells Fargo is bilking millions of homeowners out of their every last dime (and all of their relatives last dimes) with empty promises.  HOMEOWNERS THEY HAVE INTENTIONS OF KEEPING ONLY YOUR MONEY -- NOT THEIR PROMISES.

I do not care how much money you give them, IT WILL NEVER BE ENOUGH FOR THEM TO KEEP A PROMISE TO YOU TO NOT TAKE YOUR HOME.  They are greedy.

Please, please, demand they give you a CONTRACT, before you give them money.

My heart breaks for your family, all families, who are in your position.   My prayers are with you.  I suggest you contact the Wells Fargo contacts I've listed on the home page.  Many homeowners have been helped, although not most, by the people listed there.  I pray your home will be saved.
