The Kansas Secretary of State has been advised your mortgage licensure requirements in Kansas are unmet. "Registered" IS NOT "Active and in Good Standing." To begin, all Johnson County homeowners currently being threatened with foreclosure by Wells Fargo Bank NA or any of your subsidiaries will receive immediate notification of same. As will those in Shawnee County, Douglas County, Wyandotte County, and the rest.
