What state did the foreclosure take place in?
Who was your mortgage loan originator?
What year did it originate?
Was your mortgage AND NOTE sold to a different mortgage company?
OR, was JUST YOUR MORTGAGE transferred for servicing.
I know you are frustrated, pissed, and sick of the whole thing -- BUT HANG IN THERE FOR ME.
Foreclosure judgments are getting thrown out all over the country!!!!
SAY YOUR PRAYERS - STARTING THIS MINUTE!! I WILL JOIN YOU.
Now, they've done to you what they are doing to millions: CAUSING FORECLOSURES! Pretend errors in escrow, insurance, property taxes, etc.
